Evgeniya has 20 years of professional experience in the fields of financial reporting and auditing. She started her career in KPMG Bulgaria back in 2003. Since then, she has been part of various audit projects in Europe, New Zealand and Africa. Up to 2021 Evgeniya was an audit partner in Deloitte Africa and served as the Professional Practice Director for Deloitte Botswana. She has also been actively involved in various quality improvement initiatives of Deloitte’s risk and quality team.
Evgeniya resumed her professional activities in Europe in 2022 and she is currently working with SGI Europe and Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association to assist their members in the green transition and meeting the sustainability reporting requirements.
Evgeniya is a fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG investing. She also has a Master in Finance and Banking and a Bachelor in Economics degrees.
