Gaurav Trivedi leads the research and development of macro ESG and Climate models for MSCI ESG Research. He focuses on leveraging data science tools and technologies for new product development, and expanding the suite of alternative data for model enhancements in ESG research offerings.
Prior to his current role, he was involved in developing new ESG index and portfolio reporting methodologies and, covering the automobile sector by researching and analyzing relevant ESG issues at the company level. Earlier in his career, Gaurav worked in risk consulting services at KPMG, where he focused on providing market and sector analysis to clients in the infrastructure sector.
He holds an MBA in finance from ICFAI University and a B.E. in electronics and communications from North Gujarat University, India.
