Hocine joined EFRAG in September 2013 from Ernst and Young in France, where he was IFRS knowledge manager for the real estate practice. His audit and non-audit clients included international listed and non listed companies, real estate investment companies, regulated funds and developers. He also provided IFRS training sessions for audit clients and internally. His technical expertise includes IFRS, US Gaaps and French Gaaps. Hocine is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
