​EFRAG is expanding its sustainability reporting team and seeking specialists in various areas to contribute to the development and implementation of draft European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) mandated under the CSRD. From social and human rights reporting to environmental sustainability standards, we are looking for passionate professionals to join us in driving positive change.

1. Social and Human Rights Reporting Specialists (employment and labour rights and due diligence): We are looking for professionals with proven knowledge and expertise in social and human rights reporting to join our team in Brussels. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the social aspects of sustainability reporting.

2. ESRS Sector Programme Experts (with different levels of seniority): We are recruiting ESG experts to contribute to the ESRS sector programme. If you have over 10 years' experience (for senior technical managers) or 5 years' experience (for junior technical managers) in sectors and ESG matters, we invite you to apply. Very senior experts may be considered for a leadership role.

3. Environmental Reporting Specialist: Are you passionate about environmental reporting? Join our team to help develop environmental sustainability standards. We are seeking professionals with over 5 years of experience in the field.

4. Business Conduct and related Reporting Specialist: Additionally, we are seeking specialists with proven business conduct knowledge and expertise to further enhance our team. If you have expertise in this area, we encourage you to apply.

All positions are permanent, Brussels-based roles and require EEA nationality. Competitive salary packages are offered based on qualifications and experience.
