Patrick is Head of Group Accounting Policy Department of Allianz SE where he has worked since 2013. Before taking on his current role, he served in various finance positions within Allianz Group, including as CFO of the Allianz reinsurance operations in Ireland and as Head of Project Management for Allianz Taiwan Life.
Before joining Allianz Group, Patrick was a research assistant at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland where he obtained a doctorate degree in economics and social sciences. He graduated in business administration from the University of Augsburg, Germany.
Patrick is involved in several German, European and global industry bodies.
