Following the introduction of a single electronic reporting format for issuers of regulated markets in the EU by the European Commission Regulation (2019/815), in 2020 Rimgaudas established a partnership with AMANA Consulting GmbH and Audifina became an authorized distributor of the German software in the Baltic States. The tools offered to clients allow them to prepare their reports in a new format, providing both financial and sustainability reporting data on demand. Over the last two years, Rimgaudas has accumulated a wealth of experience in XHTML reporting, and Audifina has become one of the strongest leaders in this field in the Baltics.
Audifina has by far the most experience in ESEF, XBRL reporting in the Baltics and Rimgaudas actively share this experience and his knowledges to help businesses make important ESG reporting decisions in the future. He shares his knowledge at various conferences, while playing active part in business and diplomatic communities.
